Gaining access to your account can be difficult when you can't remember your password. Keeping your account safe is key, and that's why revealing your password to someone else other than yourself is not safe.
Following this guide you can reset your password.
Open the Aella App.
On the login screen, tap ‘Forgot Password.’
Enter the email address or phone number used to set up your Aella account.
Enter the one-time password (OTP) sent to your email and follow the steps therein to create a new password.
Tap ‘Save New Password’ to complete the process.
