The Team Management feature allows you to give authorised members of your organisation access to your Business Banking Account while controlling what each team member can see and do.
As a Super Admin, you can:
- Invite new team members.
- Assign a role based on their responsibilities.
- Review the permissions associated with each role.
- Revoke a team member's access when it is no longer required.
Team Member Roles and Permissions
Each team member is assigned a role that determines the features and information they can access.
You can click the role dropdown when inviting or managing a team member to view the full list of permissions available for that role.
Here is a summary of the available roles:
| Role | Permission Summary |
|---|---|
| Super Admin | Has full access and all available permissions. |
| Admin | Has limited administrative permissions and can transfer funds. |
| Manager | Has view-only permissions. |
| Developer | Has view-only permissions. |
| HR | Can view and manage employee loans only. |
Important: Review the permissions associated with each role before assigning it to a team member. Only give team members the level of access they need to perform their responsibilities.

Always review the role permissions before completing the invitation.
