Follow the steps below to create your Aella Business account.
Step 1: Get Started
Follow the registration link here to begin creating your business account.
Step 2: Provide Your Personal Information
Enter the following details:
- First name
- Last name
- Middle name (if applicable)
- Bank Verification Number (BVN)
- Date of birth (DOB)
Step 3: Accept the Terms and Conditions
Check the box to accept the Terms and Conditions, then click Continue.
Step 4: Create Your Account
Provide the following information:
- National Identification Number (NIN)
- Work email address - this will be used as the email address for your account
- Phone number
- Password
Once you have entered the required information, click Create Account.
Step 5: Verify Your Email Address
An OTP will be sent to your work email address. Enter the OTP on the registration page to verify your email and complete the account creation process.
Things to Note
- Your name must match the name registered with your BVN.

How to retrieve your BVN:
If you do not know your Bank Verification Number (BVN), you can retrieve it in Nigeria by dialling*565*0#from the mobile phone number linked to your bank account. You will need at least ₦20 airtime for the service fee and may be asked to provide your date of birth. Your 11-digit BVN will then be displayed on your screen. -
If you entered the wrong email address:
If you entered an incorrect email address and are not receiving the OTP, click Back to return to the previous step and correct your email address. If you need further assistance, contact our Support Team via support@aellacredit.com.
